Bihar: CJI Bobde advocates for Pre-litigation Mediation
The Chief Justice of India S.A. Bobde Advocated for the Introduction of Pre-Litigation Mediation in both Civil and Criminal Matters. He was speaking after inaugrating the Centenary Building of Patna High Court. TheCJI said "Litigation is fine and Making Provisions for Litigation is also fine. But it is time , we resort to pre-litigation mediation.
