Rhea Chakraborty's Case Against One of Sushant Singh Rajput's Sisters Holds: High Court
New Delhi: As per the rulings of the Bombay High Court, Case filed against Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Priyanka Singh by his Girl Friend Rhea Chakraborty holds. The court said, that the CBI investigation against Priyanka Singh, who shared the medicine prescription with Sushant Singh Rajput over WhatsApp, will continue.
Though a similar case filed against Mitu Singh(another sister of Sushant Singh Rajput) was dismissed. Both the sisters had approached the Bombay HC for Quashing the cases filed by Rhea Chakraborty. In this case both sisters were accused of Forgery and Violation of NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) act.
The lawyer for Sushant Singh's sister has said that they will challenge HC Order in the Supreme Court.
